McCain and Palin roll into Michigan
Mexico City News.Net Friday 5th September, 2008
John McCain and Sarah Palin have received a rousing welcome in Democratic-leaning Michigan.
As they made their post-convention debut they stressed a strong America and the economy.
Big crowds cheered the Arizona senator and Alaska governor as they arrived at Freedom Hill Amphitheater in Michigan's Macomb County, the home to a multitude of working-class union members.
Republicans hope to win the blue collar vote with conservative positions on cultural and social issues.
Senator McCain told the crowd: "These are tough times for many of you, in the state of Michigan, times are tough. Many people here were worried about keeping their jobs and putting food on the table.”
"Send a team of mavericks who aren't afraid to go to Washington and break some china," McCain implored.
McCain noted the gloomy economic news from Washington and the fact the nation's unemployment rate had soared to a five-year high.
While not saying how he would fix the economy, Senator McCain leant on his vice-presidential running mate to win over the crowd.
"Isn't this the most marvelous running mate in the history of this nation?" McCain said of Palin, who introduced him as "the only great man in this race, the only man in this election ready to serve as our 44th president."
McCain's campaign in the blue collar areas has up to now been compromised by the fact that he has endorsed key elements of President Bush's record, most notably the war in Iraq and hundreds of billions of dollars in tax cuts to the wealthy.
McCain's "Straight Talk Express" bus will now take the McCain campaign to Colorado and New Mexico on the weekend.

McCain and Palin on a roll in Michigan
This story is pretty twisted. McCain only shows up to small crouds because he can’t draw the big ones. Palin hasn’t helped him any father than to give the press something to talk about, and soon they’ll be talking about her court dates in Alaska and her getting dumped from the Republican campaign. McCain can’t play the same “reform” card as Obama and not have people thnking he’s just a “Johnny come lately”, stealing ideas to try and win an election. Sad and pathetic. Is that the best the Republicans can do?

god will provide a crowd!
Ready to win US religious war against Moslem countries ?
Sarah Palin told ministry
students at her former church that the United States sent troops to
fight in the Iraq war on a “task that is from God."
In an address last June, the Republican vice presidential candidate
also urged ministry students to pray for a plan to build a $30
billion natural gas pipeline in the state, calling it “God’s will."
Palin asked the students to pray for the troops in Iraq, and noted
that her eldest son, Track, was expected to be deployed there.
“Our national leaders are sending them out on a task that is from
God," she said. “That’s what we have to make sure that we’re praying for, that there is a plan and that plan is God’s plan."

GREAT
Finally someone that isnât afraid to speak Godâs name in the same sentence as the United States of America. God was the base from which all our founding fathers drafted this great constitution. In God we trust, so help me God, with Godâs help. I give Palin a two thumbs up!

One problem which the today’s unfortunates who’re leaning on Obama-Biden presidential campaign promises to quick-fix their present hardship is incompatible, unparalleled, and unbalanced to an unfortunate’s unskilled; the unfortunates ought to be more realistic, knowing one’s own skill-limitations, to take McCAIN-PALIN presidency’s offer to go back to Community College to get retrained a new technology and skill for their Transforming Lives.
