NATO chief wants more troops in Afghanistan

The commander of NATO forces in eastern Afghanistan has asked for a short-term increase in troops deployed in the fight against Taliban rebels.
US General Jeffrey Schloesser has sais he is concerned about a winter offensive, in which rebels are thought to be planning major attacks against cities including Kabul and Khost.
Already, US President George Bush is considering advice from the Pentagon that an extra four and a half thousand troops be sent to Afghanistan at the start of 2009.
General Schloesser has said would prefer to see the extra personnel deployed in the next few months.
In August, 43 foreign soldiers died in clashes with Taliban fighters in Afghanistan, in the highest monthly total since the invasion of the country in 2001.

It is no good to fight a land that cover more mountain then flat land like Iraq. It is very difficult for foreigners to be there and it is theirs land they know every step that you make and they can hunt you down like hunt bear. Our troops need to stay in a position and they don’t do that so it is difficult to find them.

That iws the worst tactic to stay in position because you are the target.Offensive is the best to cripple your enemy prior to their attack to your position.Hit them while they regroup and finish it before they could attack. Most of all knock out their supply line and their command leader and communication nerve.

One only has to ask ones self at times like this, but why? I used to see this early, their science vs. our science, in life.
Of course deep down we all know. Good points I’m sure, but? I got a call that said to me I should not bother with answering questions just move. Questions they claim, give the world a chance to pick away at your core beliefs.
Sarah sold the plane on E’bay, now that cracks me up, why does that make good military sense to me. I’m watching the news, talking on the phone and planning to make an appointment on time today. Oh My Gosh! I have nothing to wear!
This actually reminds me of my neighbor, he gets into everything and then comes here for a cure like the Dr. down town might kill him.
So I guess thats enough, huh?
